Shipping policy


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Domestic Shipping

Shipping options are displayed at checkout and may include:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance and location.


Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier link.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Desire Pure is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, Desire Pure is not liable for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
If your package appears lost or stalled, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If the issue remains unresolved, email us at info@desirepure.com with your order number so we can assist.


Returns & Refusals

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
Refused or unclaimed shipments returned to sender will be refunded minus the original shipping cost, once received and inspected.
